cancellations - the policy
Please note a period of at least 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations where possible.
(this also includes changing the appointment from a colour appointment to just a cut-and/or the number of people coming to the appointment)
If 24 hours notice is not given to cancel an appointment a charge of 25% of missed appointment will be applied to your next appointment ( this will be at my sole discretion )
The next appointment will have to be pre-paid including the 25% fee.
Late Cancellation = 25%(£) + value(£) of next appointment
I understand life gets in the way sometimes and can't be avoided
however I am still running a small busines so every minute counts therefore would appreciate the courtesy of a short phone call
I am very human but nowdays the dentist / beautician and even tanning salon will charge you a cancellation / Late fee
