All "New clients" will be required to pay for their 1st appointment in full before their 1st visit - this is just to ensure the client is serious about booking an appointment and the time is reserved.
please note it is best to pre-pay for the 1st appointment in person to ensure the correct time is allocated for the correct service i;e I can see your hairs condition/ length/colour and therefore determine an accurate price based on an accurate diagnosis/consultation
however you can pay over the phone using a credit card with an estimated price and the difference can be settled at the end of the appointment
Please note a period of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations .
(this also includes changing the appointment from a colour appointment to just a cut-and/or the number of people coming to the appointment)
If 48 hours notice is not given to cancel an appointment a charge of up to 100% of missed appointment will be applied to your next appointment ( this will be at my sole discretion )
The next appointment will have to be pre-paid including the 100% outstanding from the previous/cancelled appointment.
or the amount will be deducted from any deposit/pre-payment made.
