becoming a new client

As you can probably tell from this website my salon is quite unique as I offer a 1-2-1 hairdressing experience and work on an appointment only policy

So far this has proved extremely popular with my existing clients and I am very busy all of the time now which is fantastic news for me however this means it is getting harder for me to book "new clients" in at short notice

I currently need at least 2 weeks notice before I can book new clients in (this changes all the time as cancellations sometimes become available)

Therefore I need to be clear with my guidelines for all appointments/bookings to be sure I'm using my time wisely to please and accommodate all.

This means when a new client is interested in booking in with me I need to be sure that I can give the "new client" an appropriate appointment for their requirements i.e: I can book enough time out for the service/length of hair

therefore All "new clients" are required to book an appointment in person and Pre-pay for the 1st initial appointment
