All "New clients" will be required to come in for an initial consultation to discuss their requirements before an appointment can be made . A deposit  will be required at this point to ensure the client is serious about booking an appointment and the time is reserved.

A deposit of £25 -£50 will  be required depending on the type of appointment and the time needed

Naturally this deposit will be deducted from the actual hair appointment but is non refundable

 

 Please note a period of  48 hours notice is required for all cancellations .

 

(this also includes changing the appointment from a colour appointment to just a cut-and/or the number of people coming to the appointment)

 If 48 hours notice is not given to cancel an appointment a charge of  up to 100% of missed appointment will be applied to your next appointment ( this will be at my sole discretion )

The next appointment will have to be pre-paid including the 100% outstanding from the previous/cancelled appointment before any future appointments will be made.
